The Service is licensed and regulated under the Gaming Act, issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission.

Services
The Website offers services for purchasing, processing, and storing lottery tickets, placing casino bets, and managing deposits and withdrawals.The tickets you purchase are handled by us and sent to third-party entities to physically buy them at official lottery outlets. Alternatively, they may be processed by another service (depending on the specific lottery, the size of its current main winnings, or the company's decision) that ensures you receive benefits equivalent to those from a physically purchased ticket. Casino games are provided in accordance with applicable gaming regulations.
All ticket purchases and casino bets are final and cannot be canceled or refunded once confirmed.
Winnings will be credited to your Account in accordance with the rules of the relevant lottery or casino game, after deduction of any applicable fees, taxes, or charges. You are responsible for any taxes or fees required by your jurisdiction.
Your Obligations
By using the Service, you confirm that:
● You are over 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and are legally able to enter into a binding agreement with us.

● You are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
● You are acting solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
● All funds used are legally owned by you and not stolen, restricted, or reported as lost.
Registration
● You must personally complete the registration form and accept these Terms. Verification may require proof of identity and/or residence.
● Only one Account per person is allowed (one name, one account, one IP address). Multiple accounts are strictly forbidden and will be closed.
● You are responsible for keeping your contact details accurate and up-to-date.
● You must keep your password confidential. If you suspect misuse, contact us immediately.
Restricted Use
You must not use the Service if:
● You are under 18 or below the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
● You collect information from other Customers or disrupt the operation of the Service.
● You engage in cheating, collusion, or any attempt to manipulate markets or outcomes.
● You use the Service for unauthorized or illegal purposes, including fraud or money laundering.

Account Rules and Termination
● All transactions on your Account will be processed in the currency chosen at registration.
● You may request self-exclusion or set limitations on wagers and losses by contacting us.
● We reserve the right to suspend or close Accounts and refund balances for non-compliance with these Terms. If closed due to breach, we may void any bets or tickets placed.
● Only one account per person is allowed. Multiple accounts will be closed immediately.
Deposits and Withdrawals
● Deposits should be made in the currency of your Account, using methods outlined on the Website. Fees may apply to deposits not rolled over three times.
● The minimum deposit amount is €10 (or equivalent in other currencies). The maximum standard deposit is €2500 (or equivalent).
● Withdrawals are limited to one per day and must be processed to the original deposit method where possible. Documentation for identity verification may be required.
● The minimum withdrawal amount is €20 (or equivalent). Maximum withdrawal limits: €90 per transaction, €500 per 24 hours, €3500 per week, €15,000 per month.
● Payments may be processed by third parties, and you agree to their terms, provided they do not conflict with these Terms. You are responsible for any bank charges incurred.
Errors
In the event of an error or malfunction, all affected bets or ticket purchases will be voided. If you become aware of an error, you must notify us immediately. We reserve the right to cancel bets or tickets affected by errors, including system malfunctions, incorrect odds, or erroneous results.
General Rules
● Minimum and maximum wagers or ticket purchases may change without notice.
● Bets and tickets are settled based on the event's result as of its conclusion, with final results posted within 72 hours. Only errors identified within 72 hours of posting will be corrected.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount wagered or the cost of the ticket.
Prohibited Behavior
You agree not to engage in behavior deemed unlawful, inappropriate, or otherwise prohibited, including:
● Transmitting harmful or objectionable content.
● Engaging in fraudulent or misleading activities.
● Interfering with other users or Service operations.
● Creating Accounts under false pretenses or using automated processes.
We may terminate your Account for engaging in prohibited behavior without notice. Any suspected violations may also be reported to relevant authorities.
Intellectual Property
Lottojack24.com and related logos are registered trademarks of Graucus Trade Ltd. Unauthorized use of trademarks, content, or system resources will be pursued legally.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the Service for personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, reproduce, or distribute content on the Service without permission.
Anti-Money Laundering
We are subject to Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) and funding of terrorism laws, and we must perform due diligence on customers.
If we are unable to complete our due diligence obligations, your account will be blocked and/or terminated. Any Deposit Funds present at the time of blocking/termination will be returned except where it is necessary to delay or withhold payment to comply with legal obligations.
If we become aware or suspect that the information provided is materially false, we shall cancel the registration and take any other steps required by law. We will not pay out any winnings in such circumstances.
Complaints and Disputes

Disputes must be lodged within three days from the date the bet was settled. Complaints should be sent from your Registered Email Address.
Matters Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for failure or delay in providing the Service due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, labor disputes, or disruptions to telecommunication services.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The Service provided by Graucus Trade Ltd is governed by the laws of Hong Kong and licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission (license number: 10).
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the governing laws of Tobique and Hong Kong.
Breach of Contract
The following constitutes a severe breach of the Terms of Service:
● Using a VPN or masking the IP address;
● Making use of stolen property/funds to engage in gambling activities;
● Colluding with third parties/individuals;
● Exploitation of a system/software error to your advantage;
● The use of automated players (bots);
● Using our Services illicitly (including but not limited to money laundering or any other type of criminal activities).
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Graucus Trade Ltd with respect to your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements.

Know your customer policy
The Know your customer policy is growing in significance around the world, especially for banks and other financial institutions. Its purpose is to prevent theft, financial fraud, money laundering, and financing terrorist operations. The Company has a zero-tolerance policy for fraud and uses all available methods to prevent it. Any suspicious activity will be documented by us and all the accounts related to it will be closed immediately. All funds on such accounts are forfeited.
Prevention
The Company makes it their goal to make sure that the sensitive data it receives, such as account data and transactions you perform, is consistent and true, by using different security and fraud detection methods. Protecting your electronic transactions requires you to deliver certain information.
After your first payment with a particular payment card, the Company reserves the right to require you to provide the following documents:
1. A copy (scan) of a valid passport page with a photograph and signature or a copy (scan) of your local ID card (front & back side);
2. A copy (scan) of the payment card used to make a deposit (the front with only the last 4 digits visible, the back with the CVV code obscured);
3. A copy of a recently issued utility bill or bank statement with personal data and address of residence;
4. A signed list of performed transactions.
You will be notified of the need to provide documents electronically. We ask you to deliver the above documents as soon as possible, which will help you avoid delays in carrying out your transactions. Failure to deliver the required documents within 7 calendar days after receiving the information may result in suspension or deletion of the Account in accordance with the Lottojack24 Terms of use.
Documents in JPG format should be attached to the return message. No other format will be accepted.
